This facet of digital marketing has two major targeting objectives. The first is to retarget potentional consumers that have previously interacted with your ad (i.e. "clicked" on the ad), but did not make a purchase or fully engage. The second is to retarget consumers who have purchased or fully engaged with your ad and would be likely to do so again.
