COMING SOON - New Payment Portal and Processing Options
DDI Media will soon implement a new payment portal providing direct access to your invoices as well as an ACH payment option. To continue providing convenient payment options while responsibly managing rising processing costs, DDI Media will begin applying a 3% surcharge to credit card invoice payments upon implementation. There will be no fee for electronic payments made via ACH or by check.
We will communicate the effective date shortly and provide reminders prior to implementation. As a DDI Media customer, you will receive unique login credentials for you to efficiently manage and pay your outstanding invoice balances.
