Just east of the Mississippi River this is the third to last static face on the north side of the bridge as you leave Illinois for Missouri. Morning rush hour (and frequent construction) brings traffic to a crawl on the Poplar Street Bridge (I-55/I-64). This unit also provides an excellent read to northbound Route 3 ramp onto the bridge.
