Heavy traffic merges as you approach the interchanges for I-70 and I-64 or continue on to the Mississippi River and "The Gateway to the West". Traffic includes local commuters, through traffic and tourists coming to visit the Arch, Zoo, City Museum or cheer on the Cardinals.
